All Users Introduction to Performance Video

Inspire's Performance module contains powerful features to help you stay on track and reach your objectives.

Note: Inspire Performance Administrators customize the Performance Setup options and Performance Cycle to best reflect the company's needs. 



  1. Performance Agreement: Decide which objectives you wish to include in the new performance cycle, collaborate with your Team Leader on the agreement, and sign-off together. For more detailed information: Direct Reports - Prepare Your Performance Agreement
  2. 1-1 Execution: During this phase, regularly meet with your Team Leader to discuss goal progress as well as any obstacles that may occur. Note that this stage is carried out in the 1-1 Module, not the Performance Module. For more detailed information: Direct Reports - 1-1 Execution
  3. Self-Assessment: In this section, you have the opportunity to analyze your accomplishments against your intentions for the performance period and, if grading is enabled, rate your performance. For more detailed information: Direct Reports- Self-Evaluation
  4. Appraisal: In this final stage, your supervisor reviews your self-evaluation, completes their own appraisal, and meets with you to review and sign-off on the final assessment. For more detailed information: Direct Reports - Appraisal
