TIP: The Agenda and Conversations tabs include Suggestions links. Use the link to select prompts for agenda topics or conversations starters. Select the green + next to a suggestion to add it to your agenda or conversation. Add as many as you need.

Feedback

Unlike traditional performance reviews, consistent frequent feedback provides highly relevant, in-the-moment guidance. With CFRs, leaders at all levels have the opportunity to evaluate progress toward OKRs and goals, guide themselves and others toward future improvement, meet their moment-to-moment needs, and stay accountable for their work.

Use Feedback to request or review feedback from your supervisor.

Recognition

Authentic, real-time, specific recognition is a critical component in cultivating a culture of gratitude and has the added benefit of boosting engagement, morale, and retention.  Making recognition part of your organization's collaboration and performance process — where not just supervisors, but everyone - leaders at all levels -  feel empowered to shout out their colleagues' successes — helps build a sense of belonging and mutual support.

Use Recognition to review any recognition you have received.
