1-1: Use Inspire AI Assistant to create an agenda outline
The Inspire AI Assistant helps you prepare for your 1-1s by generating intelligent, OKR-based talking points. This feature ensures your conversations are aligned, focused, and productive.
The AI Assistant uses data from selected OKRs to generate a bullet-point summary that is automatically added to your 1-1 Agenda field. You can customize the time range, choose specific OKRs to include, and optionally provide context to guide the AI output.
How to Use the AI Assistant

Navigate to the 1-1 Module

Select "Generate Agenda Summary With Inspire AI"

Customize Your Input in the Modal
You’ll be prompted to provide the following:

- Weeks to look back

- OKR Selection:

All OKRs are selected by default.

You can Select All, Select None, or individually choose OKRs.

At least one OKR must be selected to proceed.

- Select Add to Agenda The AI will produce a bullet-point summary based on the selected OKRs and append it directly to the Agenda.

- Or Click Cancel to exit the modal without changes.
💡 Tips for Best Results

Review and edit the generated summary as needed—it’s fully editable.

Re-run the Assistant anytime your OKR progress updates.
