Welcome to the 1-1 module in Inspire. 

While planning gives you an ongoing opportunity to reflect on your values, roles, and objectives and to check in and share your updates as you make progress, the 1-1 module provides you and your supervisor with an easy place to quickly prepare for, manage, and track your ongoing 1-1 meetings (1-1's) and collaboration.

The following video will provide a brief overview of the 1-1 process in Inspire.
