Survey Management (Administrators)
Inspire's Surveys are easy to set up and are managed directly from the Administration module. This article describes the process of creating and managing surveys.
Navigate to the Administration module.
Within the Surveys section, expand Management and select Survey Setup.

Adding a new survey.
Click the +Add Survey button at the top right of the page.
Enter the Survey Title and optionally add a Survey Description.
Select a Survey Category from the drop-down menu.

Note: Inspire surveys are sent using the Pulse section to schedule survey frequency. For more information on scheduling surveys, see this article.
Select a Response Scale from the drop-down menu.

- 6 Point
- 7 Point
Select Add Section to enter the Section Title.
Select: Add Question
Enter Question, Alias for Reporting and Question Description.
Enter an Answer Choice for each point in the response scale.
Select Add Question to add additional questions; or, use the Duplicate button to create a duplicate, which is helpful for adding additional questions that use the same Answer Choices.
Questions and Answer Choices can be reordered by dragging the waffle icon to the desired position.
Managing Surveys
From the Survey Setup page, the Actions column contains buttons to Edit (pencil), Preview (magnifying glass), Duplicate (paper), and Delete (trash can) surveys.
Note: You cannot delete scheduled surveys. When a survey is scheduled, the delete icon is no longer displayed.
