CRM Integration - Setup (Administrators Only)
Admins can connect your organization’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) directly to Inspire Inspire to enable Key Result progress to automatically reflect progress of Won Opportunities.
Supported CRM platforms
- ActiveCampaign
- Capsule
- Copper
- HubSpot
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- Salesflare
- Salesforce
- SugarCRM
- Teamwork CRM
- Zendesk Sell
- Zoho CRM
Configurtion Steps
- Navigate to: Administration > Settings > Integrations.
- Click Add in the Integrations section and select CRM.
- Click Connect!
- Select your organization's CRM platform.
- Authenticate the connection. The next steps vary by CRM. Please follow the on-screen prompts to complete the authentication. For additional information on linking specific platforms, see these links from Merge for your CRM:

Testing CRM Connection
After your CRM is linked to Inspire, click the pencil icon in the Integrations list and click Test Connection to verify successful integration.
What's next?
After completing the steps to connect your CRM, your Inspire users will be able to set the CRM as a Source of Progress for Key Results.
