CRM Integration as Key Result Source of Progress
Set a Key Result's Source of Progress to automatically update progress based on Won Opportunities from your CRM platform such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, and more.
Note: CRM Integration must be configured by your Inspire Administrators for the options in this article to be displayed.
Linking a Team or Individual Key Result to your CRM
- While editing a team or individual Objective, add a new Key Result or click the pencil icon to edit an existing Key Result.
- In the Key Result Edit panel, Click Select Source of Progress.
- Select your CRM from External Integrations - if you do not see your CRM listed, please contact your Inspire Admin to request this integration
- Assign Progress Value. If the Mine checkbox is enabled, you only get progress for items with an owner that matches your email address in Inspire. If disabled, you will get progress for the entire organization. Select a Date Range - Progress will be the sum of all won opportunities within the selected date range.
- Click the circular arrows to update the current progress value.
- Click Apply.
- Update the progress value from the integration at any time by clicking the CRM icon next to the KR progress. Shown here with the HubSpot logo.
Linking a Corporate Key Result to your CRM
- While creating or editing a Corporate Key Result, enable the Override checkbox. Then click Select Source of Progress.
- Select your CRM from the list of external integrations. HubSpot is shown in this example. If you do not see your organization's CRM listed, please contact your Inspire Administrator.
- Select a date range then click the circular arrows to update the progress value. The progress value will be the sum of all won opportunities for the entire organization in the selected date range.
- Click Apply.
