# Welcome to Inspire!
## If you are a first-time user wondering where to get started, you're in the right place. In the video below, we will introduce you to Inspire.
**What is Inspire?**
Inspire is an integrated performance management, leadership development, and culture enhancement tool that allows you to define objectives, plan for what matters most, and develop high-trust relationships that you can count on.
**Where do I begin?**
Inspire has a number of help resources including this Knowledge Base, called the Inspire Online Help Center. The Inspire Online Help Center contains fundamental articles that will help you get up to speed quickly.

Select the Waffle Menu in the upper right corner of Inspire to view all the Modules of Inspire.
**Note**: Some Modules might not be visible depending on what your Organization has enabled/disabled.
