Enhanced AI Assistance

• Implementing AI features in all of the major modules of Inspire including Objectives, Corporate Strategy, 1-1, Performance, and Recognition. 
  • Access the Inspire AI Assistant in all tabs of a Performance Self-Assessment or Appraisal 
  • Inspire AI Assistant added to 360s Assessments and optionally utilize the recipient’s DISC in your assessment summary.  
  • Simple shortcuts available to quickly refine AI prompts.
