Performance Appraisal - Values Tab Details for Supervisors
Values Tab:
NOTE: Performance Cycles are highly configurable. Performance is configured by your company's Performance Administrator depending on the performance needs of your company; your performance appraisal may look different.
The Values tab displays your organizations key values. Values may include items like: Passion, Trust, Empowerment, Excellence, or Teamwork.
- If grading has been enabled for this section, review the grades your direct report has chosen and any comments they have added.
- Instead of grades, your Performance Administrator may have opted to have you use the drop down button to select whether or not you feel the value was demonstrated.
- Depending on how your performance cycle has been configured, add your grade or determination of demonstration, and any desired comments.
