Using the Recognition Payroll Summary Report
The Recognition Payroll Summary Report in Inspire allows Recognition Administrators to track how Awards are taxed within Inspire.
Opening the Report
From the Waffle Menu in the upper right corner of Inspire- Select Reports -Recognition - Payroll Summary.
The Report Includes:
User first and last name, User person key, User's region, User's supervisor, Total untaxed points received in given time period, Total untaxed points monetary value in given time period, Total untaxed points received so far in the selected calendar year (i.e. if the user's Total points was under the tax limit in Q1 but went over in Q2, it would then be flagged to tax), Total untaxed points monetary value in the calendar year, Taxed status
- Select a calendar year for the overall report
Note: The report will default to the current year
- Select a "Minimum Untaxed" (threshold)
- Select a date range for the report within the selected calendar year
- Select Status: The Report will Default to untaxed
- Business Unit
- Department
- Region
