Troublshooting Inspire Issues

This article offers a few basic troubleshooting steps you can try if you experience any issues with Inspire.

Clear Storage

The most common issues with any web-based application like Inspire is related to conflicts with data stored in your web browser. This option can help quickly rule out if browser data is causing an issue and a good first step for troubleshooting issues that are not consistent across devices or browsers.

To Clear Storage:

  • Naivgate to https://app.inspiresoftware.com/login.html
  • Sign out of Inspire if you are already signed in.
  • Form the login screen pictured below, select Options.
  • While the Options menu is open, press and hold the Control key on your keyboard.
  • Select Clear Storage, then sign in to Inspire.
