A guide for managers and team members who want to track and improve their team performance using Inspire software.
Inspire Team Details is a function within Inspire software that allows you to view and manage your team objectives and key results (OKRs) in one place.
Team Details helps you to monitor your team progress, align your objectives with other teams or individuals, plan and complete tasks, and communicate with your team members using check-ins and comments within Agenda, Notes, or the Team Details Conversation. It is an excellent tool to use in team meetings to assure all contributors are aware and accountable to making progress on your Team OKRs. Stay on track with real time visibility into accomplishments, plans, and obstacles.
How to Find Team Details for an Objective

How to Use Team Details
Inspire Team Details has seven tabs that provide different information and functions for your team OKRs. Here is a brief overview of each tab and how to use it:
1. Agenda

The Agenda tab allows you to track discussion points for ongoing team meetings throughout the execution of the objective. This provides consistency and ensures important conversations are documented and revisited.
Use this tab to capture recurring meeting topics, add agenda items for upcoming discussions, and keep meetings objective focused.
2. Key Results
This tab shows each key result, who owns it, who is contributing, and the current progress toward completion. You can also view alignment status to see whether a key result is connected to another objective or key result within your organization.
This view helps everyone stay accountable and ensures individual progress supports the team objective.
3. Team Objective Progress
This tab provides an overall progress view of the team objective, plus a breakdown of each contributor’s progress. You can also view planned tasks tied to the objective, task completion status, and due dates for upcoming or overdue tasks.
Managers often use this tab during team meetings to have each contributor speak to their accomplishments, upcoming plans, and obstacles that may impact progress.
4. Team Objective Info
This tab contains all of the information entered when your objective was created using the Step by Step Builder, including Team name, Mission, Fog (challenges), and Notes on alignment.
This view helps you reinforce your team purpose and communicate context to members or stakeholders.

5. Team History
The Team History tab displays a progress trend graph for the team objective, individual contributor progress over time, a target line to compare against, and a record of check ins and tasks for all contributors with filters by contributor.
Use this tab for performance analysis, spotting gaps or opportunities, and celebrating meaningful milestones.
6. Team DISC
If your team members have DISC enabled and have uploaded their profiles, this tab shows each contributor’s DISC personality type along with strengths, challenges, and communication preferences.
Use this tab to understand team dynamics, improve communication and collaboration, and tailor your coaching approach to each team member.

7. Notes

The Notes tab is useful for capturing meeting notes, decisions, reminders, and other items that may not fit into the conversation panel. It acts as a flexible workspace for documentation throughout the OKR cycle.
Use this tab to record meeting minutes, add general reminders, and capture one off insights and updates.
Team Details Conversation
Within Team Details, the Conversation side panel allows contributors to message one another, discuss progress, and collaborate in real time.
Note: If your organization has enabled Conversation access for all users for public team objectives, any user can view and engage with Conversation comments within Team Details. This applies only to the Team Details Conversations panel and does not affect Conversations in the 1 1 module.
Conclusion
Inspire Team Details is a powerful function that can help you to execute your team OKRs efficiently with clarity, structure, and collaboration. By using Team Details, you can track and update your team progress, align your objectives with other teams or individuals, plan and complete tasks, communicate with your team members, and analyze your team performance.
