Supervisor - Performance Dashboard

The Supervisor Dashboard provides quick access to cycle progress for their Direct Reports.

Navigation

Navigate to the Performance Module by selecting the main menu link, or by selecting Performance from the module menu found under the main menu waffle icon.

If you are a supervisor you will be presented with the Supervisors Performance Dashboard that provides an overview of Direct Report progress within a performance cycle.

Supervisor Performance Dashboard Overview

The Supervisors Performance Dashboard displays a sequence of cycle steps for each of the supervisors direct reports. These steps must all be completed in order to complete and finalize the performance cycle.

The Supervisor Dashboard Features

The following are the key features available within the Supervisor Performance Dashboard.

1. Direct Reports: A list of the direct reports that are in the performance cycle.
2. Cycle Steps: The itemized steps that must be completed within a performance cycle.
3. Direct Report Actions: Helper text that identifies the next action for each Direct Report and who is responsible for the action.
4. Cycle Legend: A legend to provide clear insight into the status of each step within the performance cycle.

Employee Dashboard (Supervisor)

Once you select a Direct Report step or name from the Supervisor Dashboard you will be brought into that Direct Reports Employee Performance Dashboard. The dashboard provides additional capabilities for supervisors to quickly switch between direct reports and navigate back to the Supervisor Performance Dashboard.
