Linking a Key Result to an OKR as a Source of Progress

Select another employee's Objective or Key Result as the source of progress for your key result by following the steps below.

While editing your objective, click the Edit button for the key result you wish to link to another Objective or Key Result. 

In the Source of Progress field, click Select Source of Progress, then select Source Objective or Key Result.

You have the option to search by Objective title or employee name. 

Find the objective you are looking for, and then click Select Objective, or expand the key results and Select the desired key result. 

When you have made your selection, click the Apply button, and then confirm when prompted.

Your key result title will inherit the title, progress, and metrics of the selected progress source.

To view additional details of your key result's source of progress, click the Linked button for the key result.
