Inspire 7.0 Performance Module Changes

This article summarizes the changes to the performance module that will be introduced in the Inspire 7.0 release.

Purpose of changes

1. Streamline the performance module navigation.
2. Refine the performance module interface for users and supervisors.

Performance Supervisor Dashboard Changes

The supervisor dashboard refinements include the following:

1. Itemized performance cycle steps.
2. Larger cycle event progress indicators.
3. Clear indication of "Next steps" for each user in the cycle.

Performance Cycle User Interface Changes

1. Cycle event navigation consolidated into a side panel display to provide quicker access to cycle steps and access to direct reports ribbon selector.


2. Refined how cycle event forms display.

3. Combined the cycle navigation and form(s) into one interface to provide easier access to cycle steps and status.
