FAQ: What does Percent Completion mean in the 1-1 Execution field in Performance?
If your organization is utilizing the 1-1 Module in Inspire and has 1-1 Execution enabled during a Performance cycle, you will see a 1-1 completion percentage in your Performance Dashboard.
When viewing your Performance Dashboard for a cycle with 1-1 Execution enabled, you will see your 1-1 Percent Completion under your name towards the top left of the page.
In the example above, the organization requires 1-1s every 2 weeks. The 1-1 Execution portion of the cycle spans 8 weeks, so 4 total 1-1s are required for the cycle.
In the above example, two 1-1 meetings were completed, so the completion rate is 50%.
Note: The total number of required 1-1s in a Performance Cycle is based on your organization's 1-1 Cadence, which is set up by your organization's Administrator in Schedule Management.
As 1-1 meetings are held throughout the cycle, you can click the 1-1 links under the Conversation column from the Performance dashboard to view details from your 1-1.
Note: In order for the 1-1 completion to be tracked, the supervisor must click the Submit 1-1 button on their end of the direct report's 1-1 after meeting with them each time.
Completed Cycle example:
Note: When viewing 1-1 Execution for an active or completed cycle, completed 1-1 meetings will have a green status in the list, incomplete will be grey, and the current week displays blue for in progress.
Incomplete 1-1s will show a grey circle to indicate incomplete.
