FAQ: How do I share my 1-1 with another manager or peer?

If you navigate to the 1-1 Module - Click on the Gear Icon in the upper right corner.

You will see a few options to Manage the Settings. 

Group by Planned / Unplanned (This will group  your Objectives based on if you have tasks for the OKR. If no tasks are added- the OKR will be grouped within Unplanned. If you do have tasks - your OKR will be grouped as Planned. If you disable this setting - all your Objectives will be grouped together with the title of Objectives. 

Previous Weeks Tasks- If this is enabled - you will be able to see tasks that were not completed from previous weeks. If you disable this- tasks from previous weeks will be hidden. 

Task Details- Shows the title "Week of: Date " and "Previous Week" etc. If this is enabled. Those details will be  hidden. 

Share 1-1 - this feature allows you to share your 1-1 with another user. Click Share 1-1

Add the user you wish to share your 1-1 with, and an optional message and save

Manage Sharing-Once you share your 1-1 with others or they share their 1-1 with you - you can see who has shared their 1-1 with you and who you have shared your 1-1 with.
