FAQ: Can reminder notifications be sent to users who haven't completed a Performance Cycle event?

During a Performance Cycle an Administrator is able to send out Reminder Notifications to all users who are incomplete on a Performance event or individual users who are incomplete on a Performance event.

Note: Only Administrators with Performance Permissions are able to access the Completion Status Report and send notifications. If you have any questions on this, please reach out to your Inspire Administrator or support@inspiresoftware.com.

There are a few ways to send reminder notifications out to employees.

1. Click on the Participants Actionable/Incomplete

You will see a list of all employees who are incomplete on that Cycle event

Select each user you wish to send the notification to

Select Notify Selected

Edit the Message and decide if the Supervisor of that employee needs to be notified

Tip: If you select Preview - you will see how the email will look when sent to the user

Tip: Only edit verbiage outside of brackets { } as pertinent information is pulled in from Inspire.

Note: CC Supervisor is checked by default. If you do not want the Supervisor to be notified you will need to uncheck the box.

Another Option is to Notify all Employees who are Incomplete:

From the Completion Status Report- Select the envelope icon and select

Notify Incomplete (total users).

The email message will appear and you are able to edit (Outside of brackets { })

Reminder: CC Supervisor is checked by default.
