FAQ: How can I as an Admin Un-Align a User’s OKR from the Corporate Key Result?

To Un-Align a User's OKR from a Corporate Key Result-

Click on Unalign Objective from Company Key Result if you are just wanting to Un-Align a Key Result – Click the Ellipsis next to the Key Result. 

You will be asked to provide a reason- A notification will go out to the user with the reason you enter. If you would rather change the Alignment to Indirect – you can choose Change to Indirect.

Click Confirm.
