Un-align a User's OKR from a Corporate Key Result

To Unalign an Individual or Team from a Company Level Key Result, select the People Icon. 

Click the Ellipsis for the Objective or Key Result to un-align from the Company Level Key Result.

You will be asked to provide a reason, then a notification will go out to the user with the reason you enter. If you would rather change the Alignment to Indirect, you can choose Change to Indirect.

When you are finished, click Confirm.
