FAQ: Favorite vs. Following Objectives
Favoriting and Following allows users to easily see other users Objective(s) to follow progress. Favoriting an Objective allows a user to see a list of Favorite Objectives and pull a report of your Favorite Objectives.
To create a list of Favorite Objectives:
Search the user's or objective name at the top of Inspire.
Select Favorite
If you navigate to your Profile by clicking your Image at the top right of Inspire and Select Profile
Navigate to the Social tab and you can view all Objectives you have Favorited.
Objectives Favorites Report- Navigate to Reports- Objectives- Objective Favorites
Select Filters
Note: Show Favorites for Person- If you would like to pull a report of your Favorite Objectives- enter your name in this field.
Tip: If you would like to pull a report for another employee who is asking for a report of their Favorite Objectives- enter their name in the Show Favorites for Person.
The Report will generate and group based on the Show Favorites for Person and any other filters you enter.
