FAQ: Can an employee give points they have been awarded to another employee?
Inspire Recognition is a great way for Administrators, Managers and Peers to recognize each other within an organization. Once Points have been given, those points can be redeemed for gift cards.
Points are allocated by Administrators. If you would like an employee to be given more points or if you as the employee would like to request more points to give, please reach out to your Inspire Administrator.
Note: Points that are given can only be redeemed for points. Those points are not able to be re-given to another employee.
