Inspire’s AI goal-setting tools improve the quality of OKRs by applying industry best-practices to establish qualitative objectives that describe business value and quantitative key results that are measurable.
Navigation
Click the Modules menu icon in the upper right corner, then select the Objectives module.
Click the +Add drop-down menu and then select Create with Inspire AI Assistant.
Note: The option to Create with Inspire AI Assistant is also accessible from the Objective Activity widget.
Create an Objective with Inspire AI Assistant
Within the modal, select from the following options to get started:
- Enter my own ideas: Describe the challenge you are facing or the objective you are trying to achieve. Enter additional details and then generate a comprehensive objective with key results.
- Align to the corporate strategy: Enter your team type or department, and then select the strategic key result that your objective will align to. Generate an objective with key results that will impact the strategic key result's progress.
- Select from Examples: Choose your perspective from the balanced scorecard list, then select an example objective. Enter optional details, then generate a new objective with key results.
Enter my own ideas
Describe the challenge you are trying to solve or a high-level objective title. Enter any additional, optional details for the objective. When finished, click Generate New Objective.
You will be provided with an objective title, description, and key results. If you would like a different OKR, select Generate New Objective again and a new OKR will be provided. By default, five key results will be created. Select Generate New Key Result if you wish to add more key results to your objective.
If you like the results, click Create to finish the Objective. The Objective details will be populated, and you can make any further edits you wish.
Align to the Corporate Strategy
Optionally describe your team type or department. Your team type is taken into consideration when generating an objective so that the OKR is more relevant to you.
Click Select Vertical Alignment, then select a strategic key result you wish to impact.
Click Apply, then click Create to finish the Objective. The Objective details will be populated, and you can make any further edits you wish.
Select from Examples
Choose your Perspective from the drop-down menu. Examples are categorized by the balanced scorecard perspectives.
Select an example objective and then enter any additional details if desired.
You will be provided with an objective title, description, and key results. If you would like a different OKR, select Generate New Objective again and a new OKR will be provided. By default, five key results will be created. Select Generate New Key Result if you wish to add more key results to your objective.
