Corporate Strategy Department & Business Unit Filters
As an Admin or Strategy Admin, you have the ability to associate / tag a strategic item (CKRs and LTKRs) with a department and/or business unit, so the filters on the strategy will also include tagged items regardless of alignment.
Selected association(s) / tag(s) will drive filtering for the strategy and strategy reports. Department and business unit filters will show or hide strategic key results rather than dynamically changing progress based on aligned users in the department or business unit.
When adding or editing a LTKR / CKR:
- You have the option to associate (tag) department(s)
- Multi-select department(s) from list of departments in user attributes
- You also have the option to associate (tag) business unit(s)
- Multi-select business unit(s) from list of BUs in user attributes
