Administration – Configure Task Assignment for your Organization

Enable or disable task creation and delegation for the Task Assignment feature in Admin settings. This feature offers flexibility in task management, with options to restrict task assignment capabilities to all users or only admins and supervisors.

To enable or disable task assignment for your organization, navigate to Admin Settings > Company.

Under Company Settings, scroll down to Task Settings.

Select the drop down on the right hand side of the screen to enable task assignment for either All Users or Admins and supervisor hierarchy only.
