      Using the Accountability Summary Report

      The Accountability Summary Report shows calculated averages of the Weekly 1-1s based on the criteria set up in Schedule Management in Administration.

      Navigate to the Reports module, expand the Performance section, then select Accountability Summary.

      Set filters as desired, then click Apply. 

      Note: Select Show Details to see the 1-1 completion for each direct report under a supervisor. If unselected, the report will show the average 1-1 completion across all direct reports. 

      The report shows the calculated average percentage of 1-1s held and uses a colored status based on the configured cadence in Schedule Management.
