Using the OKR Summary Report

View the status of OKRs by Team, Department, or Business Unit.

Navigate to the Reports module, expand the Objectives section, then select OKR Summary.

Set the report filters as desired, then click Apply.

Note: By default, the report is grouped by Team. If your organization does not utilize Teams, you can set the grouping for the report to be by Business Unit or Department.

The first page of each grouping will display:

Objective Progress: The average of progress for all objectives in the grouping.
KRs On Track: Number of key results On Track or Complete.
KRs Off Track: Number of key results Behind, At Risk or No Progress Expected.
Number of KRs by Status: The specific number of key results by the following statuses: On Track, Behind, At Risk, Complete, or No Progress Expected. Also, the total number of key results in the grouping.

For each objective, you can view the following attributes:

Last Update
Status and % Complete
Confidence Level
Owner of Objective or Key Result
