Using Salesforce Analytics as a Source of Progress

Configure an integration with Salesforce Analytics to automatically update KR progress in Inspire using data from a Salesforce report.

Note: The Salesforce Analytics integration must be enabled by an Inspire Administrator in order to follow the steps in this article.

Set up Salesforce Analytics Integration

Create a new objective or edit an existing one.

Edit the key result you would like to integrate with Salesforce.

At the bottom of the panel, expand the Source of Progress menu and select Salesforce Analytics.

Note: If this is your first time integrating with Salesforce, you will be prompted to log in with your Salesforce credentials. You will only need to log in once.

In the configuration modal, select the report you want to integrate with and then select the column and calculation type.

Click Preview Results to verify the data is accurate, and then click Apply to save the integration.
