This article will provide you with an overview of Reports in Inspire.
Navigation
Open the Reports module by clicking the Modules menu, and then selecting Reports.
Expand each category in order to view the available reports.
Available Reports in Inspire
- Custom Reports
- Build reports as needed for tracking Objectives and Performance.
- Objectives Reports
- Various reports for tracking individual and team objectives as well as corporate strategy progress.
- Organization Reports
- View details about your organization within the Company Hierarchy
- Notification Status Report
- Permissions Report
- Pulse survey responses
- Performance Reports
- Track completion status, scores, and comments for performance cycles. Reports are only available to Administrators and Supervisors.
- Recognition Reports
- View recognition activity and track points usage in your organization. Reports are only available to Administrators.
- User Activity Reports
- Reports for monitoring overall adoption of Inspire within your organization.

Note: Not all reports are available to everyone. Access to some reports may be restricted by user role, administrator access, or may only be accessible from a specific module.
Once a report has been selected, apply filters, customize views or export:
(Only certain reports will have these options available.)
Filter: Depending on the report, select the applicable Filter options of your choosing.
Export and Share:
Export your report in one of the following file formats:
- Comma Separated Value (csv)
- Tab Separated Value (tsv)
- JavaScript Object Notation (json)
- Excel Spreadsheet 95 (xls)
- Excel Spreadsheet (xlsx)
Tip: You can view the Knowledge Base articles for a specific report (if there is an existing article for that report) at the top right of your screen when applying your filters.
