Troubleshooting Inspire Issues
This article provides steps to clear storage you can try if you experience any issues with Inspire.
Clear Storage
The most common issues with any web-based application like Inspire is related to conflicts with data stored in your web browser. This option can help quickly rule out if browser data is causing an issue and a good first step for troubleshooting issues that are not consistent across devices or browsers.
To Clear Storage:
- Naivgate to https://app.inspiresoftware.com/login.html
- Sign out of Inspire if you are already signed in.
- Form the login screen pictured below, select Options.
- While the Options menu is open, press and hold the Control key on your keyboard.
- Select Clear Storage, then sign in to Inspire.
