Reports- Performance - Overview
Performance reports in Inspire include: Accountability Summary Report, 360 Status Report, Completion Status Report, Performance Details Report, Performance Summary Report and Talent Cycle
Details the number of 1-1 meetings held within a timeframe and calculates a Percentage complete based on the Organizations Settings in Administration.
Note: Select the Filter Icon and Ensure Show Details is enabled
360 Status Report
Includes details on the status of 360s completion:
First Name, Last Name, Role, Business Unit, Department, Supervisor First Supervisor Last, 360s Complete? Peers Invited, Peers Required, Peers Complete, Peers Evaluated, Direct Reports, Direct Reports Required, Direct Reports Complete, Evaluated Supervisor?
Includes details on who is complete or incomplete for each step in the Performance Cycle.
Cycle Step, Start Date, Due Date, Participants (Actionable / Incomplete), Participants Complete
This report provides a detailed view of user's performance data during a specific Performance Cycle.
Provides a summary of all users' performance data during a specific Performance Cycle so an Administrator can easily review the status of all employee's data within the cycle.
Talent Cycles Report
Details each step in the Talent Cycle with Grades and Comments.
Includes: First Name, Last Name, Supervisor First, Supervisor Last, Employment Role, Business Unit, Department, Evaluator First, Evaluator Last, Perspective, Grade, Note
