Administrators - Download Performance Appraisals

Performance Administrators have the ability to download user appraisals from a Performance Cycle or from an individual user's profile.

Performance Administrators can download all Appraisals for a Performance Cycle using the following steps: 

  1. Navigate to Administration > Performance > Cycles:
  2. Select the Download icon for the Performance Cycle (Highlighted in Yellow below) 
  3. A .zip download will be available within Report downloads with all appraisals in PDF format and please follow the steps below to find your downloads. 

  • Navigate to Reports
    In the main Reports area -- Navigate to  “Report Downloads.”

  • “My Offline Reports”
    Within the Report Downloads section, select the navigation option labeled “My Offline Reports.”

  • When you click My Offline Reports, you will be taken to a page displaying all reports that have been generated offline and are ready for download. This page includes:

    • File Name – The name of the report that is available.

    • Created Date – The date and time the offline report was generated.

  • To download a report:
    • Click on the report name from the list.
    • The file will automatically begin downloading to your device.

Note: After the report finishes processing a notification email will be sent to notify the user the requested report is complete and ready for download. You will be able to click the link in the email notification to download the report. 

  • The Downloaded Appraisal Report includes:
    • Cycle Title, Name, Supervisor, Sign off Date(s), Overall Score, Contribution Comments, Improvement Comments, AI Assisted (Yes/No), 360 Contribution Comments, 360 Improvement Comments, Competency Title, Objective Title, Weighting, Employee Grade, Employee Comment, Supervisor Grade, Supervisor Comment. 

Administrators can download an individual User's Appraisal using the following steps: 

  1. Navigate to the user's Profile by searching their name at the top of Inspire: 
  2. Navigate to the Appraisals Tab
    1. Use the Start / End Date filter to find appraisals in the desired time period, or you can click the X to clear the dates if you would like to see all Appraisals. 
  3. If you would like to download all Appraisals in the list, select the Download All Appraisals icon to the right of the Appraisals Start/End Date filter.

Appraisal Download will show the following data:

  • Cycle Title, Name, Supervisor, Sign off Date(s), Overall Score, Contribution Comments, Improvement Comments, AI Assisted (Yes/No), 360 Contribution Comments, 360 Improvement Comments, Competency Title, Objective Title, Weighting, Employee Grade, Employee Comment, Supervisor Grade, Supervisor Comment.
