Grade Sheet Tab:
NOTE: Performance Cycles are highly configurable. Performance is configured by your company's Performance Administrator depending on the performance needs of your company; your performance appraisal may look different.
This tab provides an overview of all of the data entered in the performance agreement, including grades, weighting if applicable, employee and supervisor comments, and 360 comments (if included).
If Mid-Cycle Comments are enabled, they will be included as a column to the left of 360 Assessments and End of Cycle Comments within the Grade Sheet.
