FAQ: One of our employees was Re-Activated from Archive in Inspire but they are not able to log in?
When an archived user is reactivated, the basic license needs to be reassigned manually before the user can log in.
- Navigate to: Administration > Org Management> Licenses
- Click the pencil icon to edit
- Select the employee's name and add them to the Assigned Employees column.
- They will now be able to log into Inspire.
Note: This is done to allow admins to reactivate accounts without automatically allowing that user to log in.
