FAQ: As a Supervisor-Can I see Private Objectives for my Direct Reports and their Direct Reports?

Yes. Supervisors and Administrators have the ability to view Private Objectives in their Supervisor hierarchy.

Supervisors can Navigate to the 1-1 Module to View your Direct Report(s) Private Objectives

Another way to view your Direct Report(s) Private Objectives is to search their name at the top of Inspire: Click on their name to get to their Profile view.

Within the Profile (Public Tab) You will see both Public and Private Objectives.

Note: If you are not a Supervisor or an Administrator you will not have access to see Private Objectives when searching for an employee. Only Public Objectives will show.

Note: If you are added as a contributor to a Private OKR- you will have access to view and update Progress. If you Check in and add a Status update- that Update will not post to the newsfeed.
