Download an archived user's appraisals
Administrators have the ability to download an archived user's appraisals so that they can refer to them if needed after separation.
To support admins in managing personnel records effectively, we’ve introduced a new feature that allows the download of archived user appraisals. This enhancement is especially useful when referencing performance documentation after an employee's separation from the organization.
Purpose:
As an Admin, you can now download an archived user’s appraisals so you have continued access to their performance history when needed.
Where to Find It:
Navigate to:
Admin → Org Management → Users → Archived Tab
How It Works:
- For each archived user, click the ellipsis (⋮) button next to their name.
- A new option will appear: "Download Appraisal(s)"
What Happens When You Click "Download Appraisal(s)":
- All appraisals associated with the user will be downloaded - including incomplete or unsigned appraisals.
Note: If the user has no appraisals, you will receive a message indicating that no appraisals were downloaded.
This feature ensures that admin users retain access to valuable performance documentation, supporting internal processes and compliance even after an employee has been archived.
