Custom Report Column Options

Step 1: Access the selected column options

For any selected column, select the ellipsis icon to access all available options. The following are the various options available:

Alias: Customize the label for the selected display column.
Field Length: Define the width of the selected display column when the report is run.
Group By: Check the Group By checkbox to organize your report by the selected display column. Once the Group By field has been selected the aggregation fields become available.
Aggregate Field (Only available if Group By is checked): Define what field the grouping will aggregate on to provide rollups of progress or dates.
Aggregate Type (Only available if Group By is checked): Define how the aggregation should be calculated: as an Average, Count, Min, Max or Sum.

Tip: Be mindful of what column grouping is most valuable for your reporting needs. Some groupings by "Corporate Objective Title" or "Long Term Key Result" title will produce stronger reports then grouping by "Expected or Actual Progress".
