Adding Tasks with Inspire AI Assistant

Inspire helps users to generate tasks using Inspire's AI assistant to generate tasks from the Plan Module- Weekly Plan.

Utilizing the Suggest Tasks with Inspire AI - 

  • Provides greater control and flexibility over generated tasks.

  • Make task customization easier and more intuitive.

  • Improve clarity and confidence when using AI-assisted planning.

How to Use "Suggest Tasks with Inspire AI"

Follow these steps to generate and select tasks using Inspire AI:

Navigate to the Plan module.

Select "Suggest Tasks with Inspire AI."

In the prompt that appears, enter any Additional Context (optional).

Review the Suggested Tasks that appear below.

    • Select individual tasks one by one, or

    • Choose all tasks using the checkbox at the top.

If you’re not satisfied with the initial suggestions, click the green "Generate New Tasks" button to refresh the list.

Once you’ve finalized your selection, click the blue "Add Selected Task(s)" to add them to your plan.
