Adding Instructions to a Performance Cycle

Optionally add instructions to each tab so participants know what is expected of them. 

Note: You must have Administrator or Performance Administrator permissions to add instructions to a cycle. 

  • Navigate to Administration -> Performance Management -> Cycles.
  • Add or edit a draft Performance Cycle.
  • Click the Edit pencil next to any section title.

  • In the side panel that opens, enter instructions for events in the cycle as desired.

  • Click Close when finished, then click Save in the cycle editor to save the instructions. 
  • Once instructions are added to all desired sections, participants will be able to view the instructions upon cycle activation. 
  • The instructions will display in a blue bar at the top of each tab. 

Note: Any instructions added will be included when copying a cycle.
