Navigate to Administration- Performance- Management- Cycles

Setting: Require Approval for Appraisals.

Note: This setting allows Human Resources, Next-Level Supervisors or both - the ability to review and approve/deny appraisals before they are provided to the employee.

Options:

Off - Disable
HR - (Human Resource Admins)
Next Level Supervisor
Both - HR and Next Level Supervisor

Note: If this feature is disabled, there will be no approval needed from Human Resources or Next Level Managers.
