FAQ: What is the best way for a User, Manager or Administrator to view Recognition awards?
Individuals can view Recognition they have received in multiple places in Inspire.
- Profile
- 1-1 Module
- Recognition Widget
All Users have access to their Profile page:
Navigate to your Image or Initials in the upper right corner of Inspire
Select My Profile

Select the Recognition Tab
You are able to filter: All, Last Year, Last Two Years
Received / Given- Select Received or Given to see the Awards you have been Given or the Awards you have Received.

Note: Administrators and Managers have access to see their direct report's Recognition Tab within their profile. If you do not have Admin permissions or are not a Manager- you will not have Recognition visibility on your peer's Profile page.
