FAQ: Cascading Corporate Key Results

From the Corporate Strategy- Corporate Strategy Administrators are able to Cascade Corporate Key Results to employees. Once a Corporate Key Result is Cascaded, the employee is able to edit the title, add Key Results and add contributors.

Once a Corporate Key Result is cascaded to an employee- the Objective is automatically aligned and the type and measure will be inherited. 

Here are the steps to Cascade a Corporate Key Result:

Note: In order to Cascade- you must have Corporate Strategy Administrator Permissions. 

  • Navigate to the Corporate Strategy
  • Click the ... ellipsis on a Corporate Key Result
  • Select Cascade Key Result 

 

Tip: If you have Groups set up in Inspire- you can Cascade to a Group. 

  • Select the User(s) t
  • Add a message (Optional)
  • Edit the Objective Title if needed 
  • Edit the Start and Target Value if needed 

  • Select Ok to Cascade
