FAQ: How do you give recognition in Inspire?
Inspire's Recognition Module allows users to give an award immediately or in the future.
- Navigate to Recognition either from the Waffle Menu or if you have the Recognition Widget on your home page.

- Choose which Program you wish to give from. In the example here- Peer to Peer is chosen.
- Type the name of the employee receiving the award
- Select the Award
- Type a Comment (Headline)
- Select + More Options

- You will be able to leave the default date (today's date) or change the date to a day in the future.
- Utilize the Create with Inspire AI Assistant to help you write a Description
Note: If you organization has chosen to disable the AI Assistant- you will not see this option.
- Notify others of this Recognition
Note: The employee's Manager is already notified when their direct report's receive recognition.

Another Option to Give Recognition is from the Newsfeed Widget:
Select Recognize
Choose which Program you wish to give from
