Checking in on a Corporate Long Term or Quarterly Corporate Key

Users with Permissions can enter a Status Update, Flag and Update Confidence on Corporate Long Term Key Results (LTKRs) or Quarterly Key Results (CKRs) by choosing the check-in options within the ellipsis.

Note: Checking in at the Corporate Strategy level is different from checking in at the Team or Individual level.

🔹 Best Practice: Ensure all users are primarily checking in at the Team or Individual level, where most executional work is tracked. Checking in at the Team / Individual Level

🔹 If a leader or owner of a Corporate OKR would like to update progress at the Long-Term Key Result (LTKR) or Corporate Quarterly Key Result (CKR) level, they can do so by:

Clicking the ellipsis (⋯) next to the CKR or LTKR
Selecting “Check-In” from the dropdown menu

Note: Check in Options: Add a Flag if your Organization has this feature enabled, Enter a Status Update, Update the Confidence Level.

🔒 Note: Only Admins or users with the proper strategy permissions will be able to check in at the corporate level.

Updating at the Corporate Quarterly Key Result Level works the same as the LTKR level. See above for instructions on Checking in at the Quarterly Key Result level.

All Check ins will be posted to the Newsfeed with an indicator that it is a Corporate LTKR, or CKR.
