      Shared Key Result

      Objective Owners have the ability to set a Key Result to be shared progress so that the key result has one start and target and all contributors can update the key result completion.

      • When editing a key result- After Adding Contributor(s)- you will be given the option to select Shared (Shared Progress) vs (Individual Progress). Default is Individual if you want everyone to update their own status.

      • Upon selecting Shared Progress: (If you already had a Start and Target Value) a message will Pop up to alert you that Key Result Progress will be reset.

      • You will have the option to enter in any Completion Data if known. If not – leave this at 0.

      • Next step is to Save and Publish

      Note: Each Contributor will have the option to update the progress.

      Note: If a contributor updates progress, all Contributors will see this update, and it will also show who last updated the progress. last updated progress
