Pulse Survey Heatmap Report

The Pulse Heatmap Report provides a visual view of survey results across groups, helping users quickly interpret response trends and calculated values.

Overview

Pulse Heatmap Reports support surveys using an 11 point response scale, allowing users to review submissions with clear visual indicators.

Note: Access to Pulse Survey Heatmap Reports is restricted to administrators with the appropriate permissions.

Heatmap Display

When viewing a Pulse Heatmap Report for a survey set using an 11 point response scale:

  • An 11 point response key is displayed at the top of the report
  • The report calculates and displays response values for each question and group
