Importance of Tasks – Step-by-Step Objective Builder
Tasks , Activities, and Key Results
Because Inspire uses "tasks" in the planning module for weekly and daily planning purposes, Inspire uses the term "activity" here for associating tasks to a key result. Activities are intended to help break down and track some of the actions to move the key result forward. Activities/tasks, as you will see in this short video, are a terrific way to show momentum. Articulating your activities and tasks will help you plan your work and demonstrate progress on that task towards your key result.
