How to view your Inspire Points balance and Transaction History

Inspire saves a record of all the awards you have given or received.

If points are enabled, users can view how their balance has changed over time with the Recognition Given History view and the Recognition Received History view.

Follow the steps below to access your recognition history.

1. Click on your profile picture in the upper, right-hand corner and select My Profile.

2. Click the Recognition tab.

3. In the Awards section, you can see all awards you have received.

4. In the Recognition section, use the Received/Given slider to view the awards you have received or given.

5. In the Points Balance To Give section, click the View History links to open a report showing all points you have awarded.

6. In the Points Balance To Redeem section, click the View History links to open a report showing all points you have received and/or redeemed.
