FAQ: Where do comments get captured if an employee edits a Performance Agreement Objective?
Objectives added to a Performance Agreement can be edited if your organization enables this feature. If an employee would like to make changes to the Title and or Key Results, they will be prompted to add a comment / justification.
These comments are captured in a couple places in Inspire:
Within Edit Objective - Navigate to Options- History -Change Log - and you will see the Reason that the employee entered.
There is also an email the Supervisor will get that captures the justification. I've added a screenshot of what the email will look like as well as a screenshot of the notification within Administration - Settings - Notifications - Performance.
