Downloading and Printing Performance Review

There are two ways to download and print your Performance Review:

Option 1 — From Performance: download directly from within your Performance Review.

Option 2 — From your Profile: download from the Appraisals tab on your profile.

Option 1: Download from Performance

Note: Depending on which step you are on:

Navigate to Performance and select the step (Performance Agreement, Self Assessment or Appraisal) you want to download.
In the upper right corner, select the Download icon (on the Self Assessment and Appraisal steps) or the Print option (on the Performance Agreement step).
Once downloaded, open the file and select Print if you would like a paper copy of your Performance Review.

Option 2: Download from Your Profile

Select your profile image in the upper right corner of Inspire and navigate to My Profile.
Select the Appraisals tab.
Select the Download option for the Performance Review you want.
Once downloaded, open the file and select Print if you would like a paper copy of your Performance Review.

Note: Select Date Range - Option to Download All Appraisals within that Date Range is available.

If you only want to download a specific Performance Review - select the Download Icon next to that Performance Review.

You can download your Performance Review at any time to keep a copy for your records or to print it. Downloading produces a consistently formatted report, so your Self Assessment and Appraisal always look the same no matter where you save them from.
